Before you start
Three decisions made at sign-up cannot be changed later without contacting support: the country, the account currency and the welcome offer. If you live in Egypt, choose Egypt and EGP. Local wallets then appear in the cashier, and deposits are not converted from another currency each time. Choose USD only if most of your deposits will be in crypto.
- you must be 18 or older;
- use your real name, it has to match your ID later;
- use a phone number or e-mail you control, recovery codes go there;
- keep promo codes ready, they are entered in the form, not afterwards.
Which sign-up method to choose
All four methods create the same account. They differ in how you log in and how you restore access later. One-click is the fastest, but the password is generated for you, and if you do not save it, only support can help. Registering by phone takes a minute longer and lets you reset the password by SMS at any time.

Completing the profile
With an empty profile you can bet, but some bonuses and all withdrawals are blocked. Open Profile > Personal detailsand enter full name, date of birth, city and address exactly as written in your national ID. Then confirm the phone number and e-mail. It takes about three minutes.
- Enter name and surname in Latin letters, the same spelling as on your passport or ID card.
- Add date of birth, it is used for the birthday free bet too.
- Confirm phone by SMS and e-mail by link.
- Turn on two-factor authentication in Security.
Passing verification on the first upload
Most rejected uploads fail because of the photo quality. Shoot in daylight, put the ID on a dark surface, keep all four corners in the frame and turn off the flash, it leaves glare over the photo and the ID number.

Login problems and fixes
- Wrong password: use "Forgot password", the reset code goes to the phone or e-mail on file.
- Site does not open: try the mobile app, its built-in proxy bypasses carrier issues.
- Account blocked after several attempts: wait 30 minutes or ask live chat to unlock it.
- 2FA code not arriving: check the phone time is set automatically, authenticator codes depend on it.
- Logged out on every visit: allow cookies for the site in browser settings.

Can I register two accounts?
No. One account per person, household and device is allowed. Duplicate accounts are closed and bonuses on them are cancelled.
Do I need documents to sign up?
Not at sign-up. Documents are requested later, usually before the first withdrawal.
I forgot which method I used to register. What now?
Try "Forgot password" with your phone and then your e-mail. If neither works, write to live chat with your full name and date of birth.
