Responsible Gaming, Limits and Self-Exclusion

How to set deposit and loss limits, take a break, block the account completely and notice early that betting is getting out of hand.

Age check and support requests

Accounts are open only to people aged 18 or older, and the age is checked with the ID during verification. Limits can be set in the profile by the player. A request to block the account sent to support is processed as it is, without attempts to talk the player out of it or offers of bonuses.

Warning signs

  • you bet more than planned to win back losses;
  • you borrow money or use money meant for bills;
  • you hide betting from family or friends;
  • you feel irritated when you cannot play;
  • betting takes time from work, study or sleep.
If two or more of these apply to you, set a deposit limit today or take a cool-off. A pause of a few weeks costs nothing, debts are much harder to deal with.

Rules for keeping betting under control

  1. Decide a monthly entertainment budget before you deposit.
  2. Never chase losses with bigger stakes.
  3. Set a time limit for each session and stick to it.
  4. Do not bet when upset, tired or after alcohol.
  5. Do not count on winnings as income.

Where to get help

Gamblers Anonymous and GamCare give free and confidential help online, in English and other languages. You can also talk to someone close to you. Support in live chat can set limits or block the account at any time on your request.

Questions and answers

Can I lower my deposit limit immediately?

Yes. Lowering a limit takes effect at once. Raising it or removing it only applies after a waiting period.

Can self-exclusion be cancelled early?

No. A self-exclusion stays in place for the full period you chose, even if you change your mind.

Will my balance be lost if I self-exclude?

No. Withdraw your balance before the block, or contact support during the exclusion to receive the remaining funds.
